  • Terms and definitions
    • Program Organizer - “ECOPAY LLC” incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Latvia (legal address: Babīte municipality, Babīte parish, Dzilnuciems, “Juri”, LV-2107).

    • User means a participant of the EximBonus Loyalty Program, who made an individual booking or purchased Services on the Website.

    • Website means www.bonus.eximb.com, the network of logically linked hypertext information arranged in the form of individual pages and available on the Internet, allowing the use of the Services available on the Website.

    • Website Adminisrtator means “ECOPAY LLC” company.

    • EximBonus Loyalty Program means a program where the participants collect Bonuses that may be exchanged for the Rewards available on the Website. The EximBonus Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Program") applies to the territory of Ukraine.

    • Services means booking and purchase of air transportation, hotel accommodation, tour, cruise, and transfer services rendered by individual Service Providers according to the User's order on the Website.

    • Provider means an IATA accredited agent, air carrier, hotel accommodation services, tour or cruise operator, and transfer provider offering services on the Website.

    • Hotel Accommodation Services means publicly available lease of houses, apartments, rooms, lodging places, areas for camping or automobile trailers for a specified time period, including other services indicated in the Voucher.

    • Air Carrier means a company engaged in air carriage and providing services of air transportation.

  • General Provisions
    • We appreciate our customers’ trust to the Website Loyalty Program and have developed this Policy in order to provide users with a sense of security and protection of their personal data. As the Website Administrator, we guarantee that we will make every effort to prevent unauthorized access to the data collected and processed by our Website, including personal data. All data are collected and processed in accordance with the requirements of the Law “On Protection of Personal Data” and the Law “On Provision of Electronic Services”.

    • Provision of data is voluntary but required for the use of services. The scope of data required for each booking service order will be determined during the booking process. The User may access his/her data and change the content thereof.

  • Collection, Use and Processing of Personal Data
    • When our customers use the Website, the following personal data may be collected: first name, surname, date of birth, e-mail address and phone number. The following information will also be collected to process payments: the cardholder’s name, the card type, card number, expiration date and CVV/CVC code (the last three digits indicated on the reverse side of a credit card), as well as the number and series of the identity document. In addition, the following data will be collected and processed: data on accompanying persons entered by the User when booking the services (third-party consent for entering their personal and travel options data on the Website should be obtained). Registered Users have access to these data and can modify it through their personal page only. You provide the consent to the processing of the personal data of your children on their behalf.

    • Your credit card details (if required during the booking process) will be transferred to the Acquiring Bank to complete the payment process. After that they will be deleted from the Website system.

    • If you refuse to participate in the Loyalty Program, your data will be stored for 6 months and then deleted from our system.

    • The provided personal data is used by the Website Administrator solely for the purpose of proper provision of the Services. Data can also be collected to offer other products and services in the future.

    • Your personal data is transferred to the Providers of the Service you order on the Loyalty Program Website. The terms and conditions of processing personal data by each individual Provider is determined by their respective rules. In addition, the data is transferred to the business entities engaged in the transaction, i.e. the card issuers, banks, clearance and payment organizations.

    • The Program Organizer may in no event sell the collected Users’ data to third parties.

  • Data Security
    • To ensure correct processing of personal data of the Website Users, we have introduced the technical and other solutions necessary to ensure the highest level of personal data protection.

    • In particular, the security measures include encryption of electronic information, protection of databases from unauthorized access and authorization of access to databases; the use of strict procedures for regulating the process of personal data storage; and the irrevocable removal of all data that is not required for participation in the Loyalty Program.

    • We use the appropriate business processes and procedures to protect personal data of our Website Users, including security procedures, as well as technical and physical restrictions on access and use of personal data on our servers.

    • Only authorized employees may have access to all our servers while performing their official duties. Personal data is not disclosed or communicated to third parties.

    • Every person, whose data is processed within the Loyalty Program, has the right to verify, modify, supplement and delete their processed personal data.

    • The Program Organizer uses data of anonymous clients visiting the website solely for statistical purposes (using Google Analytics tools).

  • Cookie Files and Other Information Stored on the User’s Computer
    • The Website does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookie files.

    • A cookie file contains data (in particular, text files) that are stored on the user’s end device and are intended to be used by websites. Each cookie file contains the name of the Website created, time of its storage on the end device, and the unique file number.

    • The Website Administrator places cookie files on the User’s end device and accesses them.

    • Cookie files are used to adapt the website content to user’s preferences and to optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to identify the user’s device and to display the Website correctly (as adapted to the individual needs of the User); to create statistics data that helps understand the way users use the Website to improve its structure, content and support for Users’ sessions (after logging in) so that Users do not have to re-enter their login and password on each page of the Website.

    • Cookie files are uploaded automatically and may contain information on the website from which the User has accessed the Website using a link, Internet connection information, IP address, location (country, region, city), browser type, computer screen resolution and other characteristics. The Website does not have access to any files on the User’s computer except for cookie files.

    • The Website uses two types of cookie files: session cookie files and permanent cookie files. Session cookie files are created temporarily, stored on Users’ devices only when Users are on a specific website and deleted after Users log off their accounts or turn off their browsers.

    • Permanent cookie files are stored on the Users’ devices all the time and activated when the User revisits the Website that created those cookie files. Each permanent cookie file remains on the device for the time specified in the cookie settings, or until it is manually deleted by the User using the browser menu or directly from the system folder where cookie files are stored by the browser.

    • The browser can be configured to display a corresponding request before cookie files are saved. Users may also completely disable the use of cookie files in their browser settings. In this regard, Users have the right to select to grant access to their computer to cookie files through a pre-selection in the web browser window; however, this may completely or partially obstruct the proper operation of the Website.

    • We recommend that you accept our Cookie Policy in order to ensure that you can use all the features of our Website.

  • Final Provisions
    • We make every effort to ensure that this document reflects all the most important information about the privacy of Website Users. However, there may be situations where the scope of information collected and the methods of its processing may be somewhat different from those described in the Privacy Policy. The situations indicated above will not affect the security of your data.

    • No breach of the rules of this Privacy Policy may be the basis for any claims against the Program Organizer, except for cases where such liability arises from the grounds provided by the effective legislation.

    • Links, advertisements and redirects to other websites posted on our Website may be subject to other security policies and other privacy policies beyond control of the Program Organizer.

    • By using our Website, you agree to the rules set out herein.

    • This Privacy Policy was updated on November, 1st 2017. All updates, changes and additions to this Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.
