  • What is EximBonus?
    • EximBonus is the loyalty program for Ukreximbank. According to the rules of the program members accumulate bonuses' when paying with their Ukreximbank Visa card. bonuses' can be redeemed for various rewards, such as gift certificates for stores and restaurants, mobile phone top ups, car rental, airline tickets purchase etc.

  • How to become a program member?
    • To become a member of EximBonus loyalty program you need to register a Ukreximbank Visa card, such as Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, or Visa Infinite on the website bonus.eximb.com. Afterwards, each time you pay with your Visa card, your program user account will be credited with bonuses'. If you still don't have Ukreximbank Visa card, such as Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, or Visa Infinite you can contact the bank for its opening.

  • Which cards participate in EximBonus loyalty program?
    • The following Visa cards participate in the program: Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, and Visa Infinite.

  • What should I do if I have not received SMS message with a verification code?
    • Click the link „Send the SMS again“. If you still have not received the code, contact the hotline of the Bank 0 800 504 450.

  • What should I do if I have not received an email from the program after filling out the profile?
    • Check your SPAM folder. If there is no email in it, go back to the program website and click on the link to reenter your email address.

  • What should I do if I cannot enter my user account on the website.
    • Make sure that all data is entered correctly. When entering the password check the language of the keyboard and whether the CapsLock button is switched off. If that does not help we suggest to use the option of recovering your password.

  • What should I do if I forgot my password?
    • To recover the password you should:

      1. Click on the link „Forgot your password?“

      2. Enter your email.

      3. Click „Send“. An email with a link to the password recovery page will be sent to your email address.

      4. Follow the link from the email and enter your new password twice.

      5. Try to reenter your user account with a new password. 

      Please note that your new password can not repeat the previous 4 passwords.

  • What should I do if I forgot my login?
    • To recover the login you should:

      1. Click on the link „Forgot your login?“

      2. Enter the number of your card.

      3. Click „Send“. Afterwards, you need to go through the card verification procedure via 3-D Secure.

      4. SMS message with a secret code will be sent to the mobile number indicated in the Bank when opening the card account. Enter this code and click „Confirm“

      * If the SMS with the code was not received, click on the link „Send the SMS again“.

      5. After the card confirmation you will be redirected to the page of the program website where you can see your login.

  • What should I do if my card has not passed the registration check?
    • This indicates that the authenticity of the card has not been confirmed or the 3D Secure function has not been activated. To activate it you need to contact the hotline of the Bank at the phone number 0 800 504 450. If the function is active there may have been an error when entering the card data or the validity term has expired. Check the expiration date of your card or contact your Bank for more details.

  • What should I do if I indicated incorrect data in my profile by mistake?
    • To change the data of your profile you need to login into your user account on the program website. Then in the section „My profile“ you need to enter the updated data in the appropriate fields and click the „Save“ button.

  • Why do I need the My Cards section?
    • You have the opportunity to accumulate bonuses' to one account of the Loyalty Program by several cards that participate in the Program. Cards can belong to one participant or his family members. Add cards to your account you can in the "My cards" section.

  • I have several cards participating in EximBonus loyalty program. Can I receive bonuses' for payments with these cards to the same account?
    • Yes, you have such an opportunity. The program provides a household function for this in the section "MY CARDS". This function allows you to accumulate bonuses' on one account of EximBonus loyalty program by using several cards participating in the program. Cards can belong either to one member or to different members (e. g. family members). Maximum of 5 cards are allowed in one account.

  • Can I add the card of my wife/husband to my account?
    • Yes, you have such an opportunity. To do this, go to the „Household“ page in the section „My Profile“. Click the „Add a card“ button and enter your name in the appropriate fields, as well as the number and expiration date of the card you want to add. After the card has successfully passed the check via 3-D Secure it will be added to your account.

  • What is a wishlist?
    • This is a list of rewards from the catalogue of the program which you would like to receive by redeeming your bonuses' but for which you currently do not have enough bonuses'. You can also add the offers from the catalogue that are already available to you for exchange in your wishlist for a furhter redemption.

  • How can I enter to My account?
    • To enter to your account you need to open the EximBonus loyalty program website, click on the button „My Account“ in the upper right corner of the page, enter your login and password, and then click the „Login“ button.

  • Can I use my Internet banking login to enter my loyalty program account?
    • The login of your Internet banking and the login for entering the program are different. The login is your electronic address (Email), which you actively use, and no one has access to it except you. Later you will receive gift certificates on this account when redeeming bonuses'.

  • How can I view the number of accumulated bonuses' for each card attached to my account separately?
    • To view the number of accumulated bonuses' for each card attached to your account separately, you need to go to the user account on the program website, select „Balance“ in the section „My profile“, and set the filter to the card number, the transaction history of which you want to view. You can also chose the period which interests you.

  • How can I change my login?
    • To change your login you should:

      Log into your account on the program website, choose the section „My profile“, pass to „My profile“, and follow the „Change the login“ link near the login line.

      Enter you password. If the password is correct, the window for new login inputting will be activated (email address).

      An email with the verification link will be sent to this email address.

      Follow this link for email confirmation.

      Email address (login) has been successfully changed.

      Indicate new login and password to enter your user account.

  • My account is blocked. Why did it happen and what should I do?
    • Your user account was blocked due to exceeding the number of allowed attempts to enter the password. This will last for 30 minutes for security purposes. Upon expiration of this time try to log into your account again. You have 5 attempts to enter the correct password.

  • How can I receive bonuses'?
    • To receive bonuses' you need to pay for goods and services in retail outlets and on the Internet with a Ukreximbank Visa card, such as Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, or Visa Infinite. Bonuses' will be credited to your user account automatically after your registration at the Program Platform.

  • When will I start accumulating bonuses'?
    • Bonuses' are accrued to all holders of Visa Classic, Visa Gold, Visa Platinum, Visa Infinite payment cards from the moment of registration on www.bonus.eximb.com and the first transaction after registration.

  • How soon after the transaction will the accumulated bonuses' be credited to my account in the program?
    • Bonuses' are accrued within 30 calendar days from the date of the payment settlement system with the Bank.

  • How can I find out the mutual settlement date between the payment system and the Bank?
    • This is the date of debiting money from your account. You can specify this date in the bank.

  • Why bonuses' for the purchase have not been accrued to my account?
    • Bonuses' are accrued within 30 calendar days from the date of the payment settlement system with the Bank.

  • What are the rules for calculating bonuses'?
    • Bonuses shall be accrued for purchases carried out in points of sales in Ukraine and outside, including on Internet, and paid by a Visa card issued by UkrEximBank, according to the following formula:

      - for a Visa Classic card - 2% of the transaction amount, applies to transactions for a total amount up to 15 000 UAH in the current month; for all subsequent payments during the current month a rate of 1% will be applied.

      - for a Visa Visa Gold card - 3% of the transaction amount, applies to transactions for a total amount up to 18 000 UAH in the current month; for all subsequent payments during the current month a rate of 1% will be applied.

      - for a Visa Platinum card - 5% of the transaction amount, applies to transactions for a total amount up to 20 000 UAH in the current month; for all subsequent payments during the current month a rate of 1,2% will be applied.

      for a Visa Infinite card - 7% of the transaction amount, applies to transactions for a total amount up to 25 000 UAH in the current month; for all subsequent payments during the current month a rate of 1,5% will be applied.

    • In case of exceeding the limits specified in clause 25.1, in the context of one-time purchase (as well as a purchase, that has been made before the application of the reduced rate of bonus accrual) in points of sales in Ukraine and outside, including on Internet, and paid by a Visa card issued by UkrEximBank, bonuses shall be accrued according to the following formula:

      - for a Visa Platinum card - 2,5% of the transaction amount, applies to one-time purchase (as well as a purchase, that has been made before the application of the reduced rate of bonus accrual) for an amount exceeding 20 000 UAH in the current month; for all subsequent payments during the current month a rate of 1,2% will be applied.

  • How can I know the number of accumulated bonuses'?
    • To do this you should go to your user account on the website of the program. After entering the main page you will see the balance for the current date. In your user account you can also view the history and details of your accruals for each transaction. To do this you should go to the „My orders“ section and click on „My balance“.

  • What is the expiration date of bonuses?
    • Bonuses' are valid for 1 year from the moment they are credited to your account in the program. Bonuses' are written off in a chronological order.

  • What can I exchange my bonuses' for?
    • Bonuses' can be redeemed for gift certificates of shops and restaurants, mobile phone top ups, car rental, purchase of airline tickets and hotel reservation. You can view all possible rewards in detail on the program website in the „My shop“ and "My travel“ section. To do this you need to enter your user account, where the catalogue categories will be presented with all offers.

  • How can I redeem my bonuses'?
    • Bonuses' are redeemed in the user account of the program member in the „My shop“ and "My travel" section.

  • Can I exchange the accumulated bonuses' for money?
    • Bonuses' are not and cannot be the means of payment, any kind of currency or securities. bonuses' are not money or equivalent to it, and it cannot be cashed under any circumstances.

  • Can I return/change air tickets/ car rental/ hotel reservation purchased partly for bonuses' and partly for money?
    • Airline tickets, car rental, hotel reservation purchased partly for bonuses' and partly for money are not subject to return or exchange.

  • I do not have enough bonuses' for exchange. Can I pay the remaining amount with my card?
    • You can pay the remaining amount with your card only for airline tickets, car rental and hotel reservation.

  • I do not have access to the website. Can I redeem bonuses' for a certificate /airline ticket /car rental/ hotel reservation by phone?
    • You can redeem bonuses' for certificate /airline ticket /car rental/ hotel reservation only on the program website in the user account. Managers of our support service do not have access to your user account for any actions.

  • Can I change my bonuses' for an offer from the travel catalogue for someone not participating in EximBonus loyalty program?
    • Yes, you have such an opportunity. When making an order you need to indicate the data of the person whom you are making a purchase or booking for.

  • What is the minimum amount of bonuses' to be spent for partial payment of airline tickets/ car rental/ hotel reservation with bonuses' and with money?
    • For partial payment of airline tickets/ car rental/ hotel reservation with bonuses' you should have no less than 300 bonuses'.

  • What is the minimum and maximum amount of mobile phone top-up?
    • You can top-up your mobile phone account for the amount of 100 to 500 UAH.

  • What should I do if I lost the printed certificate?
    • If you lost the certificate, you can re-print it by downloading from the email which was sent to you after exchange of bonuses' or on the program website. To do this you need to enter the tab „My orders“ in the section „My profile“, and download the required certificate. However, since the certificate had been lost there is a risk that it had already been used. You can check the validity of the certificate only when making a purchase with this certificate.

  • Can I give my gift certificate to my family members or friends?
    • Yes, you can give your certificate to anyone but you should remember that each certificate can be used only once.

  • What should I do if I have not received my certificate at my email?
    • You should check whether the bonuses' were written off during the exchange. If the bonuses' were written off, make sure that the email did not fall in the SPAM folder. If the exchange was successful, the certificate will be available in your user account in the section „My Orders“. If the certificate is not available in your user account, and the bonuses' for it have been written off, you need to contact the hotline of the Program at 38 044 39 14 114.

  • Can the amount of purchase exceed the nominal value of the certificate or be less?
    • The terms of using the certificate are individual. For more details please contact the sales network which you are interested in.

  • How can I find out the expiration date of the gift certificate?
    • The expiration date is indicated on the certificate.

  • Can I return or exchange the received certificate?
    • Certificates are not subject to return or exchange.

  • Can I return/change my airline tickets/ car rental/ hotel reservation?
    • Airline tickets/ car rental/ hotel reservation are not subject to return or exchange.
